Refresh your canoe skills with Steven and Ang to get ready for your canoe adventures this summer! We will start off on the flatwater and take you to the river and intro whitewater in one comprehensive course. You can pick and choose where you are at with your skills and jump in where you are comfortable. You will learn and practice eddy turns and forward ferries to help you feel in control of your canoe so that you can put it where you want in the river.
Prerequisites: If you have minimal experience, you will need to start with day 1. If you already know how to do eddy turns and forward ferries in a class I setting, you can join day 3. If you are unsure on where you fit in please give me a call or email at ang@yfbc.ca and I can help you figure it out.
